Our Delivery Service goes beyond merely transporting your purchase – it's a dedication to ensuring your satisfaction. We offer a comprehensive service tailored to handle all the details, providing you with a seamless experience.
We aim to deliver your order promptly and on a day that suits your schedule. To streamline the process, all items within an order are shipped together, and we provide an estimated delivery timeline at the time of purchase. Once your shipment arrives at the local terminal nearest to you, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange delivery to your home or business. Upon delivery, please ensure someone is available to accept the shipment during a scheduled 4-hour window. For deliveries with UPS or small parcel carriers, the delivery will occur as per tracking details without direct scheduling. When accepting delivery, carefully inspect the packaging and note any issues on the delivery paperwork alongside your signature.
Additional charges may apply for changes to your order after it's prepared for shipment, evening or weekend delivery, and weekend delivery availability varies by location. If you've chosen pick-up for your order, kindly wait for confirmation from the warehouse before collecting it. While the majority of our orders arrive within the lead times provided, shipping times are estimates due to various transit variables. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes, and Object2050 is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to shipping delays.
Standard Shipping: Our Standard Shipping service includes delivery to the threshold, typically the "first dry area" such as a garage or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. Please note that it does not include inside delivery, assembly, or debris/packaging removal. A signature is required for all deliveries, except for shipments with UPS or small parcel carriers. Standard in-stock shipments have an estimated transit time of 2-4 weeks in the US.
White Glove Shipping: Our White Glove service provides a delivery appointment, inside placement up to one flight of stairs, assembly, and removal of large packaging materials. If considering a return, please request to retain the packaging. However, this service does not include the installation of wall mounts for products using French Cleats or light fixtures. White glove shipments have an estimated transit time of 2-4 weeks in the US.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders have an estimated transit time of 12-14 weeks.
Returns
We accept returns for defective products only within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for the return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Refund will be issued within 5 business days of returned product acceptance.

We don't accept product exchanges.
